Right to build confirmed by the CPTAQ

Notice of compliance issued September 8, 2026 (file 454815,
sections 101 and 103 of the Act respecting the preservation
of agricultural land and agricultural activities): 5,000 m²
(1.24 acres) are recognized for residential use on part of
lot 5 751 951, including the house, well, septic system,
shed and driveway. The original construction dates from
1970, before the agricultural zone. The right is attached
to the land and stays with the property. You may live in,
renovate, expand, or demolish and rebuild a new home
anywhere within these 5,000 m² (a new CPTAQ declaration and
Potton permits are required).
